At IslandScan, we operate a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee policy. However we need your help to give the best quality prints. Please be sure to review our file preparation guidelines before ordering. Please also appreciate that, if for any reason you are unsatisfied in any way with our goods, we do expect you to return them with a brief note explaining the reasons for rejection prior to any refund.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for filling out the required information completely and accurately. Extra care should be taken and very specific instructions listed when giving special instructions. IslandScan is not responsible for incorrect orders due to incorrect customer instructions.

Postage and Packing.
Posters will be packed in postal tubes and dispatched via the Signed For service. This is a standard postal service with signature and barcode scanning on delivery. Stretched canvas / framed prints will be carefully packed and dispatched via the standard Parcel Force service. Please allow 7 days, from receipt of order, for your goods to be delivered. Island Scan cannot accept responsibility for goods delayed in transit by the postal service. For bulk and oversize orders please contact us for dispatch charges.

Payment Terms
Prepayment by personal cheque, money order, VISA, MasterCard Access, Switch or Delta is required with the order. Invoices are supplied ONLY for customers who have an account with IslandScan Limited.

Limitation on Liability
IslandScan always takes great care to make sure your order is perfect for you and guarantees our products 100%. However, IslandScan is NOT responsible for errors resulting from customer's failure to communicate specific desired instructions. If the error is on the part of IslandScan, our liability is limited to redoing the job to your satisfaction or refunding your money (less postage & packing). IslandScan packages all of our orders carefully and is NOT liable for damage to products while being shipped.

Inappropriate Content.
By placing an order with IslandScan, the customer agrees that the content selected for inclusion in a Poster is not judged by IslandScan to be unsavoury in nature or in any way illegal. IslandScan reserves the right to report any submitted material that (in the opinion of IslandScan) is unsuitable, to the appropriate authorities. Furthermore, IslandScan in no way accepts responsibility for any ultimate legal recourse or judgement.

Disclaimer
IslandScan cannot accept responsibility for copyright infringements on artwork submitted to IslandScan for enlargement and reproduction. Customers are requested to seek copyright permissions for any work submitted which require such permissions.
